What is a LifeCare Coach?

LifeCare Coaches help people make progress in life and business in order to attain greater fulfillment. As they work with you, clients will improve relationships, careers, and generally gain greater satisfaction in their day-to-day lives. Clients will identify the obstacles holding them back, come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle, and rely on you to help them implement those strategies over time.

Is This For You?

Everyone has the potential to grow and develop emotionally, relationally, spiritually and professionally. This course will give you what you need to competently and responsibly help others unlock their full potential. With this course, you'll get the concentrated training and support you need to begin changing lives within a few short months of dedicated effort.

  • You want to serve others and create meaningful impact now, but you don't want to enroll in graduate school to get a counseling degree and go through a licensure process that would take years and cost over 40 thousand dollars

  • Your faith and life experience already have you in a position of helping others grow, and you're passionate about it, but sometimes you're not sure how to help people take next steps.

  • You are ready to set aside a little time each week to learn pro-level skills as you become a successful professionally accredited Life or Executive Coach.

How does this work?

The LifeCare course involves training with a cohort of other students and leads to a Professional Life or Executive Coach Accreditation with The Association for Coaching.

By the completion of training, you will have developed greater awareness of your values and an increased competency in coaching, caring-for and leading others in your context - whether at home, professionally or in your church community. All graduates are given free entry to our private Facebook group where you can continue networking and sharing best practices! The Accredited LifeCare Coaching course satisfies the training requirements for Professional Coach Accreditation with the Association for Coaching. Graduates receive free coach mentoring from The Forward Foundation as they complete the remainder of accreditation requirements such as the coaching experience, supervision and essays required by the AC for accreditation.

Finally, a Professional Coach Training that's Practical & Accessible.

Accredited by the internationally recognized, Association for Coaching

Included in the course

  • Modules

16 recorded training modules you can watch at your own pace before each week's class.

  • LifeCare self-guided study book and training manual

You will receive a hard copy manual and self-guided study that reinforce what you learn via video. The books teach the micro-skills necessary to build trust and rapport with clients, how past contextualizes present, tools to monitor and modify thought life, emotions, and behaviors, how to confront difficult circumstances to help clients find the joy and purpose of abundant life, and much more.

  • Example Sessions

Also included are example sessions that show how to use your new coaching tools with real clients. These sessions help you go beyond an academic understanding of a technique and better grasp how a tool 'looks' when properly used with a client.

More Course Graduate Testimonials...

“I’m often the one helping others. The training gave me a chance to talk to someone about my own life who wasn’t there to judge me or fix me. It helped me grow, and made me want to help others grow as well.”

Course Graduate

“Even in the first session, I started to learn how important it was to not try to fix people, to not try to give them the answers, but to bring them to the place where they can understand that there is an answer, and that nothing they’ve done is too much to separate them from God, or a healthy restorative life.”

I believe every person to be capable of living a richly abundant life (John 10:10). It is my mission to help others navigate the path to claim this reality for themselves. I am naturally an empathetic and trustworthy individual and have had the privilege of walking closely with others through times of great trial and distress. In this life there will be struggles, however, I genuinely believe that God does not want us to walk through these seasons alone. No matter where you find yourself today, I would welcome the chance to help you rewrite your story and claim the abundance that God has purposed for you. As a wife, mother, and experienced marriage coach, I understand the challenges that accompany the demands of the many roles we play as women. I provide a safe place to unpack the realities of the present and identify direction and life patterns to assist you in moving forward.
